Return Policy:

1. Unless it's defective or damaged in shipping, All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, un-opened in its original package with all accessories and printing materials included.
2. No refund allowed after the 30 days period. Only repair or replacement is acceptable.
3. Call us at 626-369-0350 to arrange the return. No return will be accepted unless you call us first and acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Print the RMA# on the returned box. We will reject any return without a valid RMA# on the return box.
4. Original shipping and handling charge is not refundable.
5. We will replace any defected or damaged product. All other returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
6. Key-alike service is available upon request. The service charge is $20.00 per lockset and non-refundable.

Warranty Policy:

KeyLessPro warrants to the original residential user of this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use, for 1 year from the date of purchase. User must provide a copy of original purchase receipt. This warranty Does Not Cover abused or misused products or products used in commercial applications. This warranty does not apply to locks that have been improperly installed, modified, put to a use other than a designed, or subjected to acts of god (such as floods, lighting, earthquakes, etc.) This warranty is limited to repairing, replacing or refunding the original purchase price of this locking only at KeyLessPro's sole discretion. KeyLessPro will not be liable for the cost of installing, removing, nor reinstalling this product, nor direct, indirect, or consequential damage to persons or property resulting from the use of our product. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from State to State. To implement this warranty, please enclose a copy of purchase receipt, day and night time telephone number, and a check or money order of $10.00 for shipping and handling.

The information will be used only to make sure that your order gets delivered to you in the timely manner. We will never provide, exchange or sell personal information to third parties.
