Shipping Information

All on-line, phone or fax by credit card orders will be shipped normally within 1-2 working days.

Money Order and Check orders will be shipped immediately after your Money Order or check has been cleared.

All shipments will be sent by UPS Ground, which usually arrive in about 1 to 5 business days depending on your shipping point. Next Day or Express delivery is available with extra shipping and handling charges.

We will email the tracking number to you at the date we ship your order through UPS. Please make sure your email address is correct and current.

Please note: UPS Ground delivery is only available to street addresses located in the contiguous 48 United States. UPS does not ship to Postal Box (PO, APO, FPO) addresses.

All products shipped out of US may subject to import duties by Custom Authority. KeylessPro.com is not responsible for any GSD (Goods and Services Tax), import duties and broker fees.

Hawaii, Alaska and International orders please contact us for shipping charge.

If you order online from Canada without contacting us, we will add extra US$15.00 per lock order to your credit card for shipping charge.

If you order online from Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico without contacting us, we will add extra US$5.00 per lock order to your credit card for USPS priority shipping charge.
